Position Overview
The Event DJ provides professional music and sound services for CCMG Events, including weddings, private parties, and corporate functions. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to read a crowd, creating an energetic and memorable atmosphere tailored to each event.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate playlists and mix music that aligns with event themes.
- Set up and manage sound equipment, microphones, and lighting (if applicable).
- Collaborate with the Event Production team to ensure smooth event flow.
- Communicate with clients and emcees to coordinate transitions and announcements.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and energy throughout each event.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional DJ for events or venues.
- Access to personal equipment (turntables, mixer, laptop, controllers).
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of audiences and genres.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
